WINSTON-SALEM, NC (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Fight fans get ready! Ring of Dreams presents Fight Night Saturday, February 18, 2006, at the LJVM Coliseum Annex in Winston-Salem, North Carolina at 8:00 p.m. Headlining the night will be Ijeoma "The Praise" Egbunine versus Valerie "Wolfe" Mahfood for the WIBF Light Heavyweight Title currently held by Mahfood. Mahfood is currently ranked 5th in the Light Heavyweight Division and is a veteran boxer with 31 total fights.

She has fought Laila Ali, Kathy Rivers and Carlette Ewell, among others and gave Anne Wolfe (ranked #1 Super Middleweight) the only loss of her career. Egbunine is currently ranked 2nd in the Light Heavyweight Division although she has never fought Mahfood. She currently holds the WBE Super Middleweight and the WBE Light Heavyweight Title. Egbunine decisively TKO'd Carlette Ewell (ranked 7th) in the second round in Winston-Salem last November 5th, but does not have the experience of the veteran Mahfood. This promises to be Egbunine's toughest test and most exciting Main Event for Ring of Dreams yet!

Also on the card, two more female bouts featuring Alexandra Maloy vs. Brenda Drexel and Darnella Barnes vs. Donna Biggers in a rematch. Undefeated Derek "The Black Lion" Edwards (18-0) will be on the card looking for another win in the Light Heavyweight Division. Earl "Chocolate Drop" Ladson will fight in the Heavyweight Division. Robert "The Tank" Rommell, who is the top-ranked amateur in the Cruiserweight Class, will be making his professional debut.
