Located a few miles out of Louisville, the property that the nursery occupies has appreciated to the point that the land out-values the business on it. This left the Snoddy's facing some tough decisions. With an operation that employed 30 people and produced over 30,000 field grown trees and shrubs and 80,000 container plants, liquidation was no small operation.
