AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 3, 2011 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — The Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) today announced the location and dates of its annual Southern Secondary Market Conference. This year’s conference – dubbed Ingredients for Success: Education, Understanding, Execution and Results – will be hosted at the Marriott Woodlands Waterway Hotel and Convention Center in Houston, Texas on January 18-19, 2012.
The two-day agenda will include timely keynote addresses from Ted Tozer of GNMA, Doug Jones of PennyMac and Paul Jacobs-Bank of Manhattan.
“Mortgage Bankers from all over the country have begun to see this annual conference as the best way to kick-off their 2012 conference work. At such an early point in the calendar, everyone’s minds are more focused on business practices instead of transactions,” said TMBA President David Frase. “Our line-up includes expert panel discussions on Servicing Retention, Risk Management, Alternative Products, Repurchase Demands and other demonstrative issues rising in our marketplace today.
