Sinclair worked as a corporate services manager for Routh Crabtree Olsen, a wholesale account executive for Sierra Pacific Mortgage, a wholesale account executive for IndyMac Bank and an account executive for Chase Manhattan Bank.
Sinclair was named the annual top producing wholesale account executive for the Northwest Region twice and has served as an advisory board member for Chase Corporate. Additionally, Sinclair has provided training to broker clients, conducted product presentations and led training presentations for up to thirty loan officers at a time. Sinclair graduated in the top of the technical department at Camosun College in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
