Rebel was helped to wiggle out of his predicament by Riverside Animal Services Officer James Huffman.

Best is a former Humane Officer of Fairfax County, Va. “Many county animal service departments throughout the USA do not get the respect or gratitude that is their due for what can be a thankless and at times a sad job.” She saw an opportunity to recognize Riverside County Animal Services and Officer James Huffman, who helped free Rebel, while spreading the word that dog owners have an option available to them to help prevent these mishaps.
