Mr. Levy joins Armor Legal after having served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Siebel Systems, responsible for technology licensing from 2003 until 2006. Mr. Levy brings strong experience to Armor Legal in venture capital, corporate securities, technology licensing and employment law.

The three attorneys met 10 years ago when practicing law at the prominent firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. They reunite at Armor Legal following in-house counsel positions at different technology companies in Silicon Valley.

Ms. Eichler joins Armor Legal Counsel after spending almost seven years in-house at Siebel. At Siebel, Ms. Eichler provided in-house legal support in a variety of areas including licensing, and commercial transactions. Before joining Siebel, Ms. Eichler practiced law at the firm Bowles & Verna.

Mr. Parkhill has extensive experience in licensing, strategic partnership and development agreements. His expertise extends to intellectual property, employment law, corporate governance, financing and merger and acquisition matters.
