Naturally, the young company hopes that once its audience has reached the Christmas markets, they will be armed with a copy of AudioTravel’s city tour. Given rave reviews by Munich Found magazine and the focus of enthusiasm in the German business publication Starting Up, the audio tracks, says Hagl, “Allow travelers to learn about the landscape, legends and culture without being tied to a schedule.” Because, Hagl says, she herself tried out and “tweaked” the tours along with her husband, Richard, and her team of city-savvy testers, “Our customers will hear tidbits about the cities that even the locals don”t know!”
Along with a detailed city map, the accompanying guide booklet contains tips on restaurants, cafes, shopping, public transportation, museums and more.
