Anytime Collect helps companies streamline, automate, and manage accounts receivable credit and collections activities. The new portal helps customers quickly access account information while credit and sales representatives can view account information and post notes without having to access the software itself.
Customers have improved access to their account information. The new version of the portal has been reorganized for easier navigation and gives users a more complete look at their account information and transaction history. These insights include invoices and payments, statements, account details, and the ability to request copies of invoices online.
The sales representative portal provides users access to information anytime, anywhere. Users do not need access to their company network nor do they need to launch Anytime Collect to see accounts. The portal allows users to see details for their assigned accounts including cash summaries, collections activities, agings, statements, invoices, payments, and more – available in graphs, charts, and ad-hoc reports. Sales users have the ability to filter communications by customer and post notes from the secure online portal to collaborate with the assigned credit representative in the system.
Credit representative users can see issues, add new account notes, view related invoices and review associated information for those invoices. This improves the user experience for credit supervisors, CFO’s, controllers, CEOs and other managers as it allows these executives to see high-level information for customer accounts with the ability to drill down to see the activities and details online in one place. All of this can be done anytime, anywhere and without having to learn to use the software.
