The panel is entitled “The Customer eExperience! Making it Seamless with eSignatures and eDelivery.” Brad Dupont of eSignSystems will be both moderating and speaking on the panel.
Panel Overview:
Many companies today are struggling with enhancing customer experience while reducing costs. Areas like online customer self-service portals hold great promise as it allows customers to complete many of the account maintenance tasks that normally requires the assistance of a CSR and the sending of documents to process.
The ability for customers to manage their accounts when and from where they want is a huge advantage and the reduced cost of not needing a CSR as part of the transaction is appealing for the carrier.
