DELAND, Fla., Nov. 13, 2014 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — It snowed inside the Stetson Mansion this week thanks to a tree flocking company in Central Florida. “Four Seasons Christmas Trees has helped transform our reception parlor into a frozen forest,” said owner JT Thompson. “You can’t tell the inside from the outside anymore! The funny thing is we all found out that anything can be flocked!” Stetson Mansion “Christmas Spectacular!” Tours run Nov. 15 thru Jan. 15 2015.

Several top designers are contributing their over the top decorating talents for this year’s holiday tours at the Stetson Mansion. Nonetheless, the frozen forest will most likely be the highlight. Julia Christy of family owned Four Seasons Christmas Trees is proud to say, “We feel privileged and honored to be part of the holiday celebration at the Stetson Mansion this year. Spreading the joy of Christmas includes my children and grandchildren and it gives me great happiness.”

Christmas is also a season for charity. This year, trees will not only be flocked in white. Julia Christy’s mother was a breast cancer survivor but lost her battle with leukemia. Four Season Christmas Trees will be donating 10 percent of pink flocked tree revenue to the Breast Cancer Society and 10 percent of orange flocked tree revenue to the Leukemia Foundation. Four Seasons Christmas Trees are the only tree lots in Central Florida that flock Christmas trees. They sell four varieties of fresh cut trees shipped from Northern Michigan. They have four locations: Deland, Orange City, New Smyrna Beach and Avalon Park in Orlando.

The Stetson Mansion is Florida’s most historic home. Famed hat maker John Stetson built Florida’s first luxury estate in 1886. The 10,000 square foot mansion was fully renovated in 2007 by current owners Michael Solari and JT Thompson who seamlessly updated the home while preserving all of the home’s amazing original architectural detail. This is the 4th year for the “Christmas Spectacular!”

Owner Michael Solari said, “This year will have more astounding decorations than ever, I just can’t comprehend the imagination artists have! I guess that is one of the reasons why Trip Advisor named the Stetson Mansion Florida’s ‘Most Popular Attraction’ this year. We just don’t know when to stop!”

Tours operate at 10:30 a.m., 1:30, 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. Reservations are required and can be booked online at http://www.StetsonMansion.com/. Cost $25, cash only, paid at the door.

Christmas Trees can be purchased and flocked at the following locations: 300 S Volusia Ave, Orange City, FL; 1601 Canal St, New Smyrna Beach, FL; 2285 S Woodland Blvd, Deland, FL; 3851 East Blvd, Avalon Park, Orlando, FL.
