Mr. David Vance is a former Chief Economist and the former President of Caterpillar University, which he founded in 2001. David now consults with organizations on learning and performance issues. Mr. Frank Anderson, Jr. is a retired Brigadier General, United States Air Force and President of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), an award-winning corporate university.
