SCHWENKSVILLE, Pa., March 9, 2015 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Millennium Administrators, a national benefits administrator, was contracted by the North Pocono School District in July, 2013 with the expectation that Millennium would assist in the teacher contract negotiations, as well as identify savings for the Districts healthcare benefit plan. Millennium provided several cost savings initiatives, which were implemented by the District during the contract year.
The initial proposal presented by Millennium was a projected savings of $238,000 over a one-year contract period. NPSD has actually realized a savings of $668,309.64.
