SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, July 13, 2015 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Mountain America Credit Union (MACU) and Pavaso, a provider of innovative real estate technology, are co-hosting a “boot camp” for Salt Lake City area REALTORS® about how the CFPB’s TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule will affect both their business and the home buying experience of their customers.
This complimentary event will be held on Thursday, July 16 at 10 a.m. at the Mountain America Auditorium at 7167 South Center Park Drive in West Jordan, Utah.
Even with the TRID go-live date extended by the CFPB, the mortgage lending industry is still facing an increase in time-to-close and costs per deal that are likely to affect the experience of REALTORS’ home buying customers.
To ensure they are clearly informed of the changes and their impact, MACU and Pavaso have developed a curriculum that allows REALTORS to:
* Understand TRID changes and its impact on their business and customers;
* Experience a new approach to the real-estate process that aligns with the mission, vision and values of the CFPB’s TRID ruling;
* Learn about new tools and solutions that will help overcome TRID challenges; and
