Prior to that Osterman served in the Minnesota House of Representatives where she worked on various legislative committees, including the Workforce Development Taskforce of the Minnesota Bioscience Council, and the Governor’s Workforce Development Council. During her term, Osterman was instrumental in creating the Bioscience Zone. She continues to work closely with Minneapolis, St. Cloud, St. Paul, and surrounding communities to develop Minnesota’s burgeoning bioscience industry as a board member of the BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota.
