RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif., Oct. 24, 2012 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to manage the Traditions Homeowners’ Association located in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.
The 125-home community is the second to be recently added to PCM’s management portfolio from this southeastern Orange County community of nearly 48,000 residents. The company began managing the 139-unit Tierra Linda community on September 1.

As the property management company, PCM serves as the managing agent to the Association’s Board of Directors, providing budget guidance, resident communications support, project coordination as well as oversight of all vendors for various services such as landscaping and painting.
PCM will official assume management of Traditions on November 1, 2012.
