David Friedler, Director of Acquisitions: David participates in all aspects of asset acquisition including deal evaluation, analysis, planning, construction, management, negotiation. He is responsible for creating lease terms and strategies that best align with the firm’s strategic and financial goals.

Dave Pheterson, Senior Asset Manager: Dave Pheterson brings over ten years of commercial real estate management experience. Dave is responsible for the management of 1000+ residential units and of our diverse retail portfolio. He also manages the company’s budget and financial performance. His reporting and operating statements ensure compliance with the strategic vision. Dave has been developing and overseeing the firm’s cost control initiatives, resulting in the maximum ROI.
