Jeffrey B. Dowd has over 17 years of experience in the industrial, retail and office space market. His main areas of focus are Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania where he has an extensive background in commercial real estate Sales & Leasing.
In 2001, Jeff began his career in commercial real estate with Joseph Zommick of Joseph Zommick Real Estate, Inc. In 2003, John McMahon acquired Joseph Zommick Real Estate Inc. and changed the company’s name to Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
Throughout Jeff’s career with Zommick McMahon Commercial Real Estate, he has served as Senior Sales Person and has participated in virtually every aspect of Real Estate including strategic planning, marketing and negotiating. Jeff has sold and leased numerous multi-million dollar transactions in the Delaware and Chester County areas.
