KERY MORTENSON
A Certified Performance Technologist and co-founder of Performance Journey Partners, LLC. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, academic and performance improvement, Kery is exceptional at designing high impact solutions and strategies that deliver results. His belief in paying it forward brings him to the forefront of presenting innovative principles that engage audiences at domestic and international conferences. Kery received his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from North Dakota State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Microbiology from the University of North Dakota.

TIM GILLUM
The co-founder of Performance Journey Partners, LLC. and an internationally recognized performance improvement professional who has worked in academic and business environments for more than 20 years. His results-focused approach and ability to work across organizational boundaries and with global teams has enabled him to deliver high impact outcomes that align with the strategic mission and urgency of the business. Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from St. Louis University, a MBA from Webster University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
