Vector Structural Engineering Newsroom - Profile and News Archive
Vector Structural Engineering is a full-service structural engineering company licensed in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario). Founded in 2002, it has completed thousands of projects across the nation and in Canada. The majority of its business is from clients who have been with Vector for years. Its engineering team includes 27 licensed engineers and 30 project managers across six offices.
Vector Structural Engineering has provided the structural design for a large portfolio of medium and small commercial projects including office buildings, warehouses, retail, restaurants, banks, public buildings (fire stations, police buildings, etc.) and parking structures. We understand the design criteria, the materials, and the methods of construction unique to commercial buildings.
We are familiar with various construction materials and methods (timber framing, steel buildings, steel brace and moment frames, concrete tilt-up, precast concrete, masonry (CMU), post-tension (PT) and reinforced concrete, mixed construction, etc.) and have extensive experience across the nation – so we typically provide recommendations and ‘best practices’ to save construction time and money. We are licensed in every state and can thus provide multi-state engineering services, allowing our clients to work with one high quality engineer.
