A member of N.A.T. (National Association of Teachers of Singing) and a BMI affiliated songwriter and music publisher, VocalzMusic and Publishing founder Sallyb, a former singer and recording artist, teaches vocal health, speaking and singing techniques, vocal choreography and showmanship to clients who want to learn or improve their vocal talent.
She coaches established music artists, Miss America pageant contestants and singers of all levels preparing for auditions, recording studio production or public performance.
Music business mentoring and artist development sessions are offered to aspiring singers and upper level music artists. Sallyb offers classes, seminars and recitals to those who desire to learn the art of singing or to those who want to train to become a Voice Coach.
Currently Sallyb is artist manager of Bunny DeBarge, lone female sibling of the legendary R&b singing group, DeBarge. Together they’re working towards new music, book and film opportunities.
Her other specialties are artist development, blogging, limited artist management, website design and hosting, EPK/press kit development and she has supervisory experience from her former role as an award winning director for various companies in the DMV and she has event planning and coordinator experience.
