CAMBRIDGE, WI – September 29 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Rowe Pottery Works of Cambridge, Wis., has unveiled its 2005 Limited Edition Collection during a special ceremony at the Rowe Pottery Works company store in Cambridge. The three-piece collection includes the Gioioso Bowl, Abbondonza Pitcher and the Sterlizia Vase. Each piece of the Limited Edition will be numbered. As an added bonus, members of the design team will also sign the first 100 sets. Only 1,200 each of the bowl, pitcher and vase will be made for this limited run. Customers may purchase individual pieces or the three-piece set.

“This year’s Limited Edition Collection is unique in Rowe’s 30-year history,” explained Justin Janisch, Rowe president. “Our design team drew its inspiration from traditional European influences that reflect today’s trends in interior design. Our goal with this annual new line was to create pottery that broadens Rowe’s collection to appeal to current collectors who appreciate the timeless designs of our heritage and that attracts a new generation of collectors-to-be. The new line, a collaborative effort of our design team, demonstrates the talent and versatility within Rowe Pottery Works,” explained Janisch.

Rowe Pottery Works is clearly on its way to achieving its goal, as 22 percent of the Limited Edition Collection has already been sold.

About Rowe Pottery Works

Rowe Pottery Works was established in 1975 in Cambridge, Wisconsin. What started as a two-person pottery studio is now a group of artisans, each with their own unique talent and skills. Interest in collecting antique cobalt blue decorated salt-glaze crocks and jugs was the inspiration to change the studio’s pottery product line in early 1980. Since then, Rowe Pottery has been making museum quality reproductions of Early American salt-glaze crocks and jugs. In addition, the line has recently expanded to include new products, warm color and bold designs.

The 2005 Limited Edition Collection is available for purchase at the Rowe Pottery Works company store located in downtown Cambridge, Wis., online at the company Web site www.rowepottery.com and in many fine stores around the country until all sets are sold.
