Along with generating quality employment service for the seafarers, TSMI also secures their family generating positive and satisfied seafarers. Generating royalties in turn for the company.
TSMI’s mission is comprised of acquiring 100 vessels until the year 2020 with the trust of seafarers and service excellence.
TSMI consider seafarers as their greatest assets and also measure their quality of service with the retention rate of seafarers, thus being “The Employer of Choice.” Mr. G Sridhar, Senior manager, Marine HR of Target Ship Management, India says that the only success mantra for providing quality manpower is to “Train them, train them and train them again.”
