ATLANTA, Ga. – Oct. 2 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — USMotivation announced that Tim Lang, senior vice president of sales and marketing, has elected to retire after six years with USMotivation and a career spanning 37 years within the incentive industry.

Michael Ruege has been appointed senior vice president, sales and marketing succeeding Lang, effective October 1, 2006. Michael’s incentive experience began at Carlson Marketing Group, and then in 1987, he founded and was senior vice president, sales and marketing for The Incentive Group, Inc., the first incentive company built around a major retailer. Michael is also a founding member of the Incentive Gift Certificate Council and The Incentive Marketing Association.
