Lyamec and USLBC Announce a 3-part Series in Libya for Fact Based Communications - Broadcast in 90 Countries
The Series Will Broadcast on More Than 20 Different Channels in 90 Countries, and
in 16 Languages, the First Week of July
HOUSTON, TX and Tripoli - July 2, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- The Lyamec
Corporation (www.lyamec.com), a U.S.-based investment related franchise and
merchandising agreement corporation, and the U.S.-Libyan Business Council
(USLBC), today announced their joint efforts to promote and facilitate a three-part series in Libya for Fact Based Communications (FBC). FBC is scheduled to air
the series during the first week of July in 90 countries, and in 16 languages.
The series will broadcast on more than 20 different channels including CNBC-
Europe, PBS, and Euro-News. The program is also available for viewing on over 25
major international airlines on their in-flight entertainment systems including,
British Airways, KLM, and Alitalia.
"We're very glad that we were approached to facilitate and promote this program
for Alex and FBC in Libya," representatives of the Lyamec Corporation are quoted
as saying in a prepared statement from their U.S.-Libyan Business Development
Office in Tripoli.
"This project is consistent with The Lyamec Corporation's network and its
restructuring efforts to take commercial development opportunities to a higher
level."
As previously announced in early April, this joint effort comes as part of a
larger restructuring, which ultimately led to the spin-off of the USLB (U.S.-
Libyan Business Council).
The Lyamec Corporation, a Texas-based company, was established in 1999, to
fulfill the existing and expanding demand for U.S. made products for specific
Libyan market segments as outlined by President Clinton on April 28, 1999.
