Capital Bank Launches a 'New Way' of Banking

HOUSTON, TX - September 24, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Capital Bank (www.capitalbanktx.com)
announced today that: F. Wayne Walker has been appointed as the Executive Vice President and
CFO of Capital Bank. Wayne has been in the banking industry since 1977 and joined Capital
Bank in September of 1998. Prior to his new role, Wayne served as the Senior Vice President
& Cashier.
Debbie Timmons has been appointed to Senior Vice President, Senior Operations Officer and
Cashier of Capital Bank. Debbie has been in banking since 1970 prior to joining Capital Bank
in November of 2003. In this role, Debbie will continue to serve as the liaison between the
employees and management as she adds additional training and support to the staff through
continuing education and enforcing a "new way" of banking.
Ken E. Unfried has been appointed as Senior Vice President Capital Bank and Branch President
of the Pasadena office. Ken has Over 27 years in banking, originating with the former First
Pasadena State Bank. His Banking experience includes retail bank management, investments,
consumer lending and commercial lending.
Lori Moon has joined Capital Bank as The Branch Manager for Pasadena. Lori comes to Capital
Bank with over 20 years of banking experience and is responsible for all facets of Capital
Bank's Pasadena operations. Lori adds a great wealth of knowledge and experience to our
company.
