Landmark National Bank Reports 2004 Third Quarter Results

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - October 20, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Landmark National Bank (OTC BB: LMRK) announced operating results for the three months ending September 30, 2004.
As of September 30, 2004, loans totaled $45,143,000, deposits totaled $55,400,000 and assets totaled $62,153,000. The operating loss for the quarter was $363,867, or 31 cents per share compared to the previous quarter ending June 30, 2004 when the operating loss was $517,836 or 44 cents per share.
During the quarter, the Bank increased its lending and business development staff and focused on developing the loan portfolio. Additions to staff include Jim Boyce, Executive Vice President, Jim Nolan, Vice President/Business Development and Diane Schweikert, Residential Loan Officer.
The Bank also formed a Business Banking Division including a full range of Cash Management Services. In connection with providing cash management services, Katie Sullivan, Information Technology Specialist, joined the staff.
Landmark National Bank operates full-service banking facilities in Solana Beach and La Jolla, together with a two-day a week facility at White Sands of La Jolla Retirement Community. Landmark National Bank is a locally owned and operated bank, staffed by veteran San Diego banking professionals.
Landmark National Bank offers traditional full-service banking to individual customers, professionals and small- and medium-sized businesses.
