Brian Stabley Resigns From Tax Scandal Expose Citing Personal Reasons

TALLAHASSEE, FL - October 22, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- John C. Garrison, tax law historian, author and legal specialist, today announced that he will be penning his new book, "The New Income Tax Scandal," without the editorial assistance of attorney Brian Stabley, who has left the project as of October 17th for personal reasons.
