SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Nov. 5, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Two press conferences hosted by the Cities of San Bernardino and Riverside to announce Public Lease-Purchase, a new home ownership program designed to help low- and moderate-income families and individuals overcome barriers to home ownership in San Bernardino and Riverside counties will be held on Monday, November 15.
