announce today the merger of his company with Donna Mater Moffett, CPA, a
respected Charlotte-area firm under the direction of principal Donna Mater
Moffett.

Centermark grew more than 50 per cent in 2002 without merging and intends to

Moffett is part of that plan and will give the company five senior partners and
more than 30 accounting and financial professionals. The company's office
locations now include Mint Hill, Matthews and Lake Norman.
