(OTCBB: VFTR) announced that it has signed a multi-million dollar deal with Japanese electronics manufacturer TEAC Corporation. Signed at TEAC's Taipei office, the contract lays the groundwork for what is anticipated to be a long-term co-operation between the two companies. Under the agreement Visual Frontier will provide optical storage drives to be sold under the world-renowned TEAC name. Visual Frontier and TEAC will also enter a technology sharing agreement to jointly develop products that meet consumer's demands.
