(OTC BB: CYNW) announced today the completion of the installation of wireless hot-spots in the guest rooms and public areas of the Shangri-La Hotel Taipei. City Network has provided the hotel with WN-AP-5411 wireless IEEE802.11 and 802.11b access products for its guests and employees' use. The event marked a significant advance in the introduction of wireless Internet access into the public domain in Asia. In the year 2003, City Network has made tremendous steps in making wireless Internet access open and ubiquitous throughout the community.

With the introduction of wireless terminals at McDonald's restaurants throughout Taiwan as well as this most recent effort with one of Taiwan's most popular and well known hotels, City Network is well on the way to establishing itself as a premier player in this hot new sector.

The Far Eastern Shangri-La Taipei project was obtained earlier this year through open bidding amongst an intense group of very capable competitors. The fact that City Network was able to compete with some of the region's most well known producers and agents of wireless equipment and win the project outright demonstrates that the company's quality products and services are top-level and have been recognized by some very notable customers.
