(OTC BB: VFTR) announced the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Teac Inc. pursuant to its recent contract to provide the massive electronics manufacturer and industry leader with a new line of special combo drive products. In preparation to meet customer demands, Visual Frontier together with Lite-On Information Technology Inc. (www.liteonit.com.tw) has jointly developed a new lightweight, portable DVD recordable drive product.

It is projected after planned shipment early in the first quarter of 2004, this single product alone will immediately create over two million dollars in revenue for Visual Frontier.

Visual Frontier has pointed out that the signing of this NDA agreement with Teac Inc. indicates a much higher level of cooperation between the two companies in the near future. A greater amount of contact and communication at all levels is expected, including plans to jointly research and produce several lines of products and to sell several of Visual's products throughout Japan and other European countries using the Teac brand name. Visual Frontier initially estimates this project will produce an additional two million dollars in revenue from sales of products with Teac Inc. originating in Asia-Pacific alone.

Many analysts predict that this type of DVD recordable device will continue to gain market share and possibly replace regular CD-ROM capable products some time in the future. Just as the sale of notebook computers has steadily gained ground on PCs, Visual Frontier feels the vast market for external hardware drives and portable computer devices warrants putting a large amount of resources and effort into producing DVD oriented and other portable computer products.

In order to create the most competitive products available, Visual Frontier has also signed agreements with Lite-On Information Technology Inc. to form a joint venture in the creation of portable DVD recordable external drives. The two companies will combine their expertise in research, design and manufacturing to form a partnership for creating the best electronics in this exciting sector.
