Ron Perry as Senior Vice President/Small Business Administration Division
Manager. Perry has 19 years experience in SBA lending, including serving with
a number of Landmark National Bank officers at the former Scripps Bank. With
the addition of Perry, Landmark National Bank will further serve the
community by providing SBA commercial and real estate loans. This division
should assist Landmark National Bank in attaining its goal for a higher rate
of growth in 2004, compared to 2003.
