Champion Technologies and BP Sign Global Agreement
HOUSTON, TX - Jan. 26, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Champion Technologies, Inc. and BP
America, Inc. signed a Global Framework Agreement for Champion Technologies to provide
chemical management services to support BP operations on a worldwide basis.
This agreement documents how Champion Technologies and BP will work together and represents
the addition of Champion Technologies to the BP global chemical supplier list.
Champion Technologies' President and CEO Tom Amonett said that "The agreement is a major
event for us. At the same time, our knowledge and experience can help BP stay ahead of trends
in the chemical sector that will lead to longer oilfield assets life and increased
profitability."
Champion Technologies, Inc. is a specialty chemical company focused on solving oilfield
problems related to the production and transportation of crude oil and natural gas. Its
proprietary chemistry is also designed to combat downhole and surface equipment problems.
