Gorell Enterprises Named 2004 National Energy Star Partner Of The Year
INDIANA, PA - March 18, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Gorell Enterprises has been named the 2004 ENERGY STAR
Partner of the Year by the Department of Energy and the EPA. This prestigious award, given annually to just
one window manufacturer in the country, was given to Gorell for its outstanding contributions to reducing
greenhouse gas emissions by making and promoting energy-efficient products. A partner in the program since
1999, Gorell is being honored for its leadership in manufacturing and promoting windows and doors that earn
the ENERGY STAR label.
Gorell, winner in the windows and doors category, was honored for its accomplishments at an awards ceremony
in Washington D.C. on March 2. Spencer Abraham, U.S. Secretary of Energy, presented the award to Gorell Vice
President Tyson Schwartz and other Gorell representatives. Partner of the Year winners in other categories
included GE Consumer Products, Lennox Industries, Whirlpool Corp. and Sears.

of these systems qualifies for the ENERGY STAR label
