QI Systems Receives Large Hybrid Payment Terminal Order

confirmation of a blanket order from Cale Systems, Inc. for 525 hybrid payment
terminals to be manufactured and delivered within the next 12 months. The order
represents sales revenue for QI Systems of approximately $280,000 US. Cale
anticipates taking delivery of the units in large lots during the coming months for
use in equipment being placed throughout North America.
