The Chase Is On: Trackers Search the Nevada Desert in New 'Track Down' TV Pilot on Court TV
For Immediate Release (and Capture)
New York, NY - April 6, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Red Brick Entertainment
(www.redbrick-entertainment.com) Executive Producer, Rob Dustin and Master Tracker, Tom Brown Jr. team up for
a Court TV thriller pilot, THE CHASE: TRACK DOWN -- a network premiere, Easter Sunday, April
11th at 10:00pm Eastern, with repeats on the network (check local listings).
The show features a new concept in reality television, a 21-mile desert manhunt of two
contestants playing the role of runaway fugitives chased by a team of four professional
trackers. The scenario demonstrates, dramatically, the tracker's ancient skills, use of modern-
day forensics, and footprint analysis employed in typical manhunts. It's a real-time, 24-hour
escape and trackdown played out over the harsh terrain of Southern Nevada.
Tom Brown Jr., author of 17 definitive books on tracking and survival leads a team of his
protégés to stop the fugitives before they reach the Colorado River. Arguably America's best
outdoorsman and survival tactician, Brown is frequently tapped by FBI, DEA, INS, the Army, and
many law enforcement agencies around the country to track and find fugitives and the missing.
